Salima Ikram, Director
Dr. Salima Ikram will direct the project, full time. She has X-rayed and CAT-scanned several victual mummies in Egypt and the United States, as well as working as a faunal analyst. She will compile the preliminary catalogue of the holdings of animal mummies in the Cairo Museum, X ray, photograph, and examine the mummies, and prepare the final catalogue for publication.
